While we may go back to posting our regular content, we are not going back to normal. Last week, we reflected a lot on our privilege and what we can do to ensure that we continue to amplify melanated voices. Additionally, we will continue to share resources we have found and are using to educate ourselves alongside our regular content. Black lives matter and we will continue to educate ourselves, listen to Black voices and make use of our privilege to make a difference.

We will not be posting our regularly scheduled content this week in order to amplify Black voices. This movement was started by Alishia McCullough and Jessica Wilson, MS. RD.

The most important thing we can do besides listen to and amplify Black voices is to educate ourselves! It is not a Black person’s job to teach us!
